FREE SHIPPING: Free shipping is available on all orders within Australia, that have a minimum order value of $100, and takes 3-5 business days. Free shipping orders are sent by Australia Post and come with tracking.

For orders under $100, the cost of shipping with Australia Post is $8.

EXPRESS POST: Express post is available on all orders and takes 2-3 business days. The cost is $15.

EXPRESS COURIER: Express courier orders are sent by Star Track Express and come with tracking. The delivery timeframe is 1-2 business days and the cost is $20. 

INTERNATIONAL: Pure Hair ships to customers around the world via DHL. If your order is over $100, shipping is free. For orders under $100, the cost is $20. Delivery takes 3-5 business days to reach most countries.

Returns & Exchanges

If your hair extensions are the wrong colour, or if the length or thickness is not what you were expecting you can send your order back for a colour exchange, or a 105% store credit so you can reorder another set of hair extensions.

CAN I TAKE THE HAIR EXTENSIONS OUT OF THE BOX?

Yes, you can take the hair extensions out of the packaging to check the colour, length and thickness. Please make sure you keep the hygiene tag in tact, due to health reasons, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange once the tag has been removed if you change your mind.

Warranty Claims

Pure Hair products are fully warranted for 90 days against defects in material and workmanship. If the product is received and observed to have a defect upon arrival, you are entitled to a refund. If fault occurs after normal or extended use, improper care, negligence or an accident on part of the owner, Pure Hair will not accept the item as a return. 

Snapped wire, weft tears and changes in the quality of hair are not covered by the warranty as they are not considered defects in materials or workmanship unless received in that way. 

Our warranty becomes void after the hair is washed, toned, dyed, altered or applied. Please carefully read the care instructions provided online and within your order. Incorrect application can cause a reduction in the quality of the hair.


Please make sure you inspect your hair extensions carefully before applying them to your hair. Once you apply the hair extensions to your hair, you have accepted that you received them in good condition and we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. For salon hair extensions, you can test one piece and if you notice any issues you can send the remainder back to us for a refund. We cannot refund your order once you have applied the extensions to your hair.

Pure Hair only warrants that our hair extensions will be made and tested in accordance with our standard manufacturing and quality control processes. Pure Hair makes no warranty that hair extensions will work as intended by Purchaser or for Purchaser’s intended uses.

Refunds

You can send your order back to us for a refund within 90 days of the purchase date minus the cost of shipping the order to you and a $15 handling fee. We don't provide a free return shipping label if you are sending your order back for a refund.
