Shipping and Returns
- We offer a 30- day return policy on all items.
- If you are not 100% happy with your item simply send them back to us in good condition and unused condition for a refund or exchange.
Please note that dyeing, toning, or bleaching Pure Hair Extensions may change the structure and quality of the hair and we do not take responsibility for unwanted results.
We do not offer refunds once the hair has been installed or altered in any way.
*Please make sure the extensions are sent back in their original packaging, have not been used or worn, and are still in good condition. A refund will be refused if they are not up to standard upon returning.

Please email email@example.com with the tracking number of the parcel you have sent.
If you are exchanging, please include the colour you would like in the email or alternatively leave a clear note in the parcel.

Returns can take up to 2 weeks to be processed
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders Australia wide
- We ship via Australia Post and Star Track
- FREE Post: 5-7 days
- EXPRESS Post: 2 -3 days
- Next Day Delivery: 1 day if ordered before 4pm (AEST) available Monday-Thursday. Not available for locations outside of Metro area.
- Unfortunately, Australia Post and Star Track Express do not deliver on the weekend. Delivery will be Monday to Friday only.
- Shipping to New Zealand is FREE and will take 7-12 days.
- Shipping is via Express Mail Service (EMS) from Australia and will be delivered by New Zealand Post.
For all other countries including USA, Canada, EU & UK we ship by EMS which takes 7-14 days for delivery to most countries. Shipping on international orders is FREE.
